FREE EXCHANGES WITHIN MAINLAND FRANCE

If you have any doubts, you have 14 days to request a free exchange for your order. Please return items unworn, with all tags attached, accessories included, and in their original packaging.

Simply send an email to bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com within 14 days of receiving your items to arrange your exchange at no cost to you for orders within mainland France.

For other EU countries, please contact our team for more details.

RETURNS

Return window: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to send your items back to us.

Items in perfect condition: To process your return, please ensure that items are unworn, with all tags and accessories still attached, and in their original packaging.

Information to include in your return request:

  • Your order number

  • A list of items you wish to return

  • The reason for your return (feel free to include a photo – it helps us improve!)

How to return your items:

  1. Send an email to our customer service team at bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com with the above information.

  2. They will process your request and send you a return label by email.

  3. Drop off your package at any carrier location within the network. A €15 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

  4. Once we receive your return, our team will review it and process your refund within 10 to 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE

We love shopping too! And we understand that it’s not always easy to get the right size on the first try. That’s why all exchanges within mainland France are free of charge.

For returns and exchanges outside this area, fees will apply.
