Shipping Policy

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

We're working hard to get your order out the door as soon as possible! Please allow orders to be fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 days of placing it. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with a tracking link.

MY TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT MY PACKAGE ISN'T IN MY POSSESSION

We know you are anxious to receive your new wellness wear. Sometimes the delivery driver will mark the package as delivered before actually releasing the package. For these scenarios, we ask that you wait 48 hours to see if the package ends up getting delivered. We also ask that you check with your neighbors or check around the outside of your house or apartment building. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us at bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping within mainland France for orders delivered to a pick-up point via Mondial Relay. If you prefer faster home delivery, we provide a 2-3 business day option at a rate of €10 within mainland France.
For our European customers, standard international shipping is available at a rate of €15.

We get it—finding the perfect fit can be tricky! That’s why we offer free exchanges within mainland France. If you're located outside mainland France, return or exchange shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you love your new wearable selfcare! But if something isn't quite perfect, no worries! Here's how to easily exchange or return your items:

FREE EXCHANGE (mainland France only)

If you have any hesitation, you have 14 days to initiate a free exchange for your order.  We kindly ask that the items are unworn, with all tags and accessories still attached, and ideally in their original packaging. 

Simply send a note to bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com within 14 days of receiving your items to coordinate your free exchange.

 

RETURN

Return window: You have 14 days from receiving your order to send it back to us.

Items in top condition: For us to accept the return, we kindly ask that the items are unworn, with all tags and accessories still attached, and ideally in their original packaging. 

What to include when requesting a return:

  • Your order number
  • A list of the items you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return (feel free to include a picture if it helps!)

How to return your items:

  1. Simply send an email to our friendly customer care team at bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com with the information above.
  2. They'll process your request and send you a return shipping label by email.
  3. Drop off your package at any post office? There will be a $15 return shipping fee deducted from your refund to cover the carrier's costs.
  4. Once we receive your return, our team will check it over and process your refund within 10-14 days.

How are these different from other compression leggings?

We worked with leaders in the medical community to get the compression just right, but our leggings are made for day to day use so they’re easier to put on than prescribed garments. Our leggings feature 8-13 mmHG of compression.

Our goal was to develop a second skin to make you feel amazing, both in and out of your leggings. Our compression pieces come with a bonus: MicroPerle™ beads placed in French-milled fabrics to simulate a lymphatic drainage massage each time you move in them – eliminating fatty build up and helping rid the body of toxins. This helps improve the look and feel of your skin.

 

Will I feel the massaging beads?

While you may feel it at first - you will forget that they are even there! During your first wear, it's possible you may experience a tingling sensation. This is due to the increase in blood flow happening in the body your body - think of it as the light touch from your favorite lymphatic therapist opening up your detox pathways.


What are the beads made of?

Hypoallergenic silicone.


Did I get the right size?

Getting the perfect fit is our priority. Due to the high compressive nature of our fabric, you may find you have to wiggle your way in (like a pair of stockings) - that's normal! You will notice that our compression fits snuggly to hold everything in while being extremely flattering. Our customer care team is always available and eager to help you find the right fit. Here’s how our sizing works.

How long, or how often, should I wear them?
Wear them to your liking! But our clinical study found 45 minutes 3x a week during activity is all you need to get the most out of them.

How do I wash and care for my pieces?
Life is hectic — caring for your clothes shouldn’t be! Machine wash cold (we recommend a gentle cycle) with regular detergent and like colors.

Keep out of dryer! True compression has a lifespan of 6 months; putting your pieces in the dryer will only shorten this.

Can I put them in the dryer?
Avoid using the dryer, as it reduces durability and lifespan. Lay items flat or drape them over a chair to maintain their shape.


Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll need to cancel the entire order if you would like to add or remove an item. We’re happy to accommodate within one hour of placing the order, so you have this window to cancel. Please reach out to bonjour@elastiqueathletics.com to do so.
