1. Consent to Receive Messages – Consentement à la réception de messages

By consenting to Elastique France’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Elastique France through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on any Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

  • Service-related messages: order updates, account alerts, shipping notifications, etc.

  • Promotional messages: special offers, promotions, cart reminders, etc.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase, and participation is entirely voluntary.

2. Fees and Message Frequency – Frais et fréquence des messages

  • For promotional messages, frequency will not exceed 4 messages per month.

  • Or click the unsubscribe link in our messages (where available).

You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
If you are subscribed to other Elastique France programs, you must unsubscribe from each separately.
